I suffered from Acid GERD for many years and know what it is like to spend sleepless nights because of the pain and thinking that all hope was lost. I tried every prescription medicine and anti-acid that you can think about with very little results.
Also, I went to see many specialists and no one was capable to offer me a definitive answer to how to get rid of Acid GERD. They told me to learn to live with it and to avoid a very long list of foods.
I was so desperate that I made the decision to look myself for an answer. I searched the Internet for a way to get rid of Acid GERD. For the most part, I found one of two answers: Traditional drugs or new-age cures. Both offered temporary relief at most.

Needless to say, I was very surprised when I started to feel my pain disappear after only 2 weeks. Not only didn’t I feel pain but I also felt a deep sense of well-being and much more overall energy (My kids even noticed.)
Since then, I have slept like I have done in over ten years, and I have lost a few pounds because my body deems to be digesting the meals more efficiently. One of my best days was when I was able to empty most of the medicine cabinets in my home.
The solution I am telling you about is a holistic method. I liked it from the beginning because it made sense and explain in clear language how my body works and how I can help it. The main part of the method has to do with understanding how to combine foods to help your body digest the meals faster.
Another good thing about this method is that it allows you to eat your favorite foods. You just need to be careful how you mix them.
The one negative thing is that it takes a little planning at the beginning to make sure that you mix the meals properly. However, I found this to be a small price to pay when considering the huge benefits.
